We exist to acquire distinctive hotels, reposition them thoughtfully, and operate them with care creating long-term value for our investors, our partners, and the communities we invest in.

We’re drawn to hotels that endure, places with character, potential, and a reason to exist 50 years from now. At 1907 Capital, we don’t chase trends. We seek assets where lasting value meets operational opportunity.

We look for:

  • 100 – 350 key hotels with scale to operate efficiently and stand out in their markets

  • Equity investments between $20 million and $100 million

  • Control or significant influence positions that allow us to align operations with vision

  • Architecturally or historically significant properties with a story to tell

  • Brand flexibility, with a preference for soft-branded or independent identities

  • Markets backed by durable, long-term demand drivers
