1907 Capital was founded on a simple belief: the best lodging assets deserve more than passive ownership. They need vision, alignment, and execution to thrive for decades. We exist to acquire distinctive hotels, reposition them thoughtfully, and operate them with care creating long-term value for our investors, our partners, and the communities we invest in.

We’re drawn to hotels that endure, places with character, potential, and a reason to exist 50 years from now. At 1907 Capital, we don’t chase trends. We seek assets where lasting value meets operational opportunity.

We look for:

  • 100 – 350 key hotels with scale to operate efficiently and stand out in their markets

  • Equity investments between $20 million and $100 million

  • Control or significant influence positions that allow us to align operations with vision

  • Architecturally or historically significant properties with a story to tell

  • Brand flexibility, with a preference for soft-branded or independent identities

  • Markets backed by durable, long-term demand drivers
